meet the doctors

Dr. Brett Francis was born and raised in Collinsville, Oklahoma and graduated from Collinsville High School in 2000 as the class valedictorian. Dr. Francis completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Oklahoma where he received honors and recognition for his clinical excellence in both cosmetic and pediatric dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Francis spent six months training at the University of Utah Medical Center where he gained extensive experience with dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, and sedation dentistry. He has since received training in Botox and Juvederm for facial aesthetics and both Invisalign and traditional braces. Dr. Francis is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and the Academy of General Dentistry. At Dental Designs of Stroud, Dr. Francis offers the latest in techniques and materials to give you the smile you’ve always wanted. Dr. Francis loves restoring patients’ smiles and self confidence. He truly believes a beautiful smile can transform your life!

Dr. Kooper is a native of Edmond, OK where he was born and raised. He went to Deer Creek High School and then play football at the University of Central Oklahoma. He attended dental school at the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 2021. Dr. Kooper enjoys all aspects of dentistry. He loves elevating his patient's smiles and seeing the joy a healthy, beautiful smile brings his patients. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kooper finds joy in spending time with his family and newborn daughter, he is an avid sports junkie, and enjoys trying to stay healthy.
