Dr. Brett Francis: Advanced Training For Complex Care
Dr. Brett Francis brings a unique combination of surgical skill and artistic vision to our practice. Born and raised in Collinsville, Oklahoma, he has always been driven by a pursuit of excellence, graduating as the valedictorian of Collinsville High School in 2000.
He earned his doctor of dental surgery from the University of Oklahoma, where he stood out for his clinical skills. During his time at OU, he received honors and recognition for his excellence in both cosmetic and pediatric dentistry, laying the foundation for a practice that serves the entire family.
What sets Dr. Francis apart is his post-graduate training. Upon graduation, he spent six months training at the University of Utah Medical Center. This hospital-based rotation provided him with extensive experience in complex procedures often referred to specialists.
His advanced training includes:
- Sedation dentistry: Helping anxious patients relax safely.
- Dental implants: Replacing missing teeth with precision.
- Oral surgery: Managing wisdom tooth removal and other extractions.
Dr. Francis believes that a beautiful smile can transform a patient’s life and self-confidence. To help patients achieve their aesthetic goals, he has pursued additional certification in facial aesthetics, including Botox and Juvederm treatments. He also provides orthodontic solutions, offering both traditional braces and Invisalign clear aligners.

Dr. Kooper Ruminer: Dedication To Health & Vitality
Dr. Kooper Ruminer brings energy, discipline, and a passion for holistic health to Dental Designs of Stroud. A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, he graduated from Deer Creek High School before attending the University of Central Oklahoma, where he played collegiate football. This background in athletics instilled in him a strong sense of teamwork and discipline, qualities he brings to the dental operatory every day.
He earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2021. Dr. Kooper enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but he finds particular satisfaction in the transformative power of a smile. He loves seeing the immediate boost in joy and confidence a patient experiences when their smile is restored to health.
Life Beyond The Chair
Dr. Kooper believes that a healthy lifestyle contributes to a healthy smile. Outside of the office, he is an avid “sports junkie” and focuses on staying fit and active. Above all, he is a family man who finds joy in spending time with his wife and their daughter.
Dr. Matt Standridge
Dr. Matt Standridge is a distinguished general dentist and clinical educator specializing in comprehensive orthodontic care and clear aligner therapy. As a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), Dr. Standridge brings advanced training and expertise to complex dental cases, with particular emphasis on airway-conscious orthodontic treatment and functional occlusion.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Standridge is the founder of OrthodonticXP—an educational platform dedicated to elevating the standard of orthodontic care in general dentistry. He is also a clinical instructor for the American Orthodontic Society. His expansion-focused, airway-conscious treatment philosophy emphasizes systematic diagnosis and evidence-based protocols that prioritize long-term patient outcomes.
Dr. Standridge is committed to providing exceptional care through continuing education, advanced technology, and a patient-centered approach that addresses both aesthetic goals and functional health. In his free time, Dr. Standridge is a proud family man, spending time with his wife, Sara Joy, and his two daughters, Hazel and Violet.
Dr. Jenny Harreld
Dr. Jenny Harreld is a graduate of OU College of Dentistry and a loving fellow Okie. She grew up in Poteau, near the Arkansas-Oklahoma border, and is a country gal at heart. She has dreamed of being a dentist since she fractured two of her front teeth in the fateful slip n’ slide incident of 2003. She’s thankful for that accident because it brought her to dentistry and fostered her dearest passion for a lifetime!
She loves Jesus, her sweet adopted pitbull-weiner dog (Booth), and exploring this beautiful Earth. Although she considers dentistry her favorite hobby, she also shares that she is a professional mermaid. So when she’s not saving teeth, she’s flipping her fins. Life is too short to be serious all the time!
